Payment disputes and unauthorized charges

Spark · Syndicate Hub, LLC · Effective September 28, 2026

If you do not recognize or did not authorize a Spark Premium or Super Likes charge made through our external checkout, contact us. You do not need to sign in to report a payment problem. This process also covers duplicate charges and billing errors.

1. Report the charge

Email tellermatic@gmail.com with the subject “Spark payment dispute”. Include the purchase email address, charge date, amount and currency, receipt or order reference if available, and a brief explanation of the problem.

Only share information needed to identify the transaction. Never email your full card number, security code, password, one-time code, bank login, or identity documents. Redact unrelated information from receipts or screenshots. We do not require you to pay a fee to report a dispute.

2. Review and updates

Our support team aims to acknowledge reports within two business days. We check the purchase and payment-provider records, investigate the reported authorization or billing error, and may request limited additional information to locate the charge. We will never ask for your card security code or account password.

We aim to provide a decision or a progress update within ten business days after receiving the information needed to investigate. Some cases depend on the payment provider or card issuer; if more time is needed, we will explain the next steps. These response targets do not extend any deadline set by your payment provider or applicable law.

3. Resolution and review

We will explain the outcome by email. If a charge is confirmed as unauthorized, duplicated, or otherwise refundable under applicable law, we will arrange the appropriate refund through the payment provider to the original payment method. Refund arrival times depend on the provider and your bank. We will also address any related recurring billing that should be stopped.

If you disagree with the outcome, reply to the support conversation with the reason and any additional information, and request a further review by Syndicate Hub, LLC. A general “non-refundable” label does not exclude unauthorized-charge claims or your statutory rights.

Protect your account and payment method

If you suspect fraud, contact your bank or payment provider promptly using its official contact details. You may use their dispute or chargeback process at any time; contacting Spark first is not a condition. If you already opened a provider dispute, tell us its reference so we can coordinate the investigation and avoid duplicate refunds.

For a compromised Spark account, reset your password through the app. Reporting a charge does not automatically cancel a subscription. Tell support if you also want help stopping future renewals.

Which billing system handled the payment?

This process covers Spark purchases processed outside Google Play Billing, including our Base44/Wix-hosted checkout. Check your receipt to identify the payment provider. Google does not manage refunds for these external purchases. Purchases processed by Google Play Billing can also be reported through Google Play's order and support tools.

We use dispute information to investigate and resolve the issue, sharing relevant details with the payment provider when necessary. See our Privacy Policy. Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer law.
