You can delete your Spark account and the personal data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it: in the app yourself, or by asking us to do it for you. Both start with a confirmation so that nobody can delete an account that isn’t theirs.
Delete it yourself, in the app
Open Spark and go to Settings.
Scroll to the Account section and choose Delete account.
Pick the categories to delete — or the whole account — and confirm. Enter your password if you are asked to.
What we delete
Your profile, photos, bio, interests, and preferences.
Limited safety records — reports you filed or received, warnings, and blocks — so someone removed for abuse cannot simply re-register. We keep the minimum needed for that purpose.
Billing and tax records our payment provider must retain under financial record-keeping law. Card details are held by the payment provider, never by us.
Records we are legally obliged to preserve, such as a preservation request or a legal hold.
How long it takes
Requests are reviewed before they are fulfilled — submitting one does not immediately close your account or erase its data. We confirm the outcome by email, and you can follow the request status in Settings.
We confirm identity before acting, because a deletion request is irreversible. If you have already lost access to your account email, write to us from any address and we will work through verification with you.
If you can’t sign in
Email syndicatehubllc@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”, sent from the address on the account. Tell us what you want deleted — the whole account, or specific categories such as photos or messages. We will reply with the identity check needed to proceed. You can also write to Syndicate Hub LLC, 487 Grey Swallow St., Brighton, Colorado 80601, United States.
Before you go: cancel your subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Premium subscription or a trial that is still running. Cancel first, or you may keep being charged for a service you no longer use.
Subscribed through our own checkout (Base44 Payments): stop the renewal yourself in Settings, under Subscription, before you delete. Stopping it keeps Premium until the period you have already paid for ends and charges you nothing further. You can also report a billing problem afterwards.
Subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play: cancel in that store’s own subscription settings. We cannot cancel a store subscription for you, and deleting the app or your account does not stop it.
