You will follow our Community Guidelines, which supplement these Terms.
Profiles and Content
You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant Spark a license to display it within the app.
We reserve the right to remove profiles or content that violate these Terms or our guidelines.
Profiles that are flagged for review may be temporarily hidden pending moderation.
Subscriptions and Payments
Spark Premium is a monthly subscription billed through Base44 Payments. Pricing is displayed on the subscription page before checkout.
Verified members may receive a discounted rate. Discounts are applied automatically based on your verification status.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
Super Like bundles are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds for subscriptions are handled according to applicable consumer protection laws.
Rewards and Credits
Swipe credits, view credits, and other rewards earned through app activity have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We may adjust, cap, or discontinue reward offerings at our discretion.
Exploiting reward systems through automated or abusive behavior may result in forfeiture of credits and account suspension.
Safety and Moderation
Spark uses photo verification, reports, and automated signals to keep the community safe.
We may warn, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Spark does not conduct background checks.
Disclaimers
Spark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You use Spark at your own risk.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your profile and associated data.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use Spark ends immediately.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
